All products sold are digital downloadable files. No physical goods will be shipped. After payment confirmation, a download link will be sent to your registered email address.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refund requests are only accepted before the download link is issued. Once the download link has been delivered to your email, no refund will be granted.

3. How to Submit a Refund Request

To apply for a refund before link delivery, please send an email to skyprozk@gmail.com with your order number. We will review your request manually.

4. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled only before the download link is sent. After the download link is delivered, orders cannot be cancelled.
